Post 8.  English, a challenge for which I continue to advance.

English classes in my formal educational background have been an intimidating experience at first but then I have managed to relax during the process. I am not a native speaker, it is difficult but I not will dropout. However, there is a whole world of knowledge in English, as well as in German or French that many people do not have access to because they do not know the language and that is why this is a real learning opportunity for me.

The blogs we do allow me to improve my English competence since I must select the words and the best structure to express myself correctly. Regarding my English there is a lot to improve, but I am working on it and every time I can I force myself to translate many of the articles we read for the University into Spanish, first with my knowledge and then with the help of a translator, a platform or a little student who speaks the language and who sometimes helps me. On the other hand, I watch series movies and listen to songs in English. I'm even practicing singing in English.

I would like to thank the people who share this class and the classes of previous levels, especially Professor Felipe Arce, the current teacher and the current colleagues, as well as the other people who have accompanied me in other levels. Thanks to Professor René Larenas, Andrés Guerrero and Juan Careaga. That they are well! Next I'll be singing in English.
